  • Ian Hanomansing of CBC News spoke about his Winter Olympic experiences and business-related lessons learned from past Games in February 2009. As expected, his presentation was very eloquent and engaging. Regarding business opportunities, he reminded everybody that Olympic visitors, including media, are: 

    1. Looking for reliable information (preferably in their own language) on F&B and other local services.
    2. Searching for high quality souvenirs.
    3. Looking to broaden their tourism experiences.
