- Creekside Parking reopens a day early (Sunday March 21): P2 (partial opening), P3 and P4 (857 spots in total)
- Localized Vehicle Permits lifted as of 5:00pm March 20, 2010
- The Loading Zone on Lake Placid Road located just outside the Creekside Parkade entrance will be closed for public use starting Sunday, March 21, 7:30am – 4:00pm until April 6, 2010

March 13 March 12 March 11 - March 12 the Paralympic Opening Ceremony will be broadcast in Village Square and Village Common from 6:00pm - 9:00pm
- Paralympic sport events in Creekside and at the Whistler Paralympic Park take place between 10:00am - 3:00pm, visit the Schedule of Events for details
- Whistler Live! village entertainment runs 1:00pm - 10:00pm, visit the Calendar of Events for details
- Paralympic Medals Ceremonies take place at Whistler Medals Plaza from 5:30pm - 9:00pm (no ceremonies at Whistler Medals Plaza on March 19 and 20)
- March 21 the Paralympic Closing Ceremony will take place at Whistler Medals Plaza from 5:30pm - 9:00pm
- The International Paralympic Committee Exhibition is open to the public at Mountain Square
- The Whistler Adaptive Sports Program (WASP) hosting facility is open to the public at the Dubh Linn Gate Pub
- The Whistler Canada Paralympic House is open (evenings only) by invitation or accreditation at the Whistler Library
- The GLC is closed to the public for International Paralympic Committee hosting

February 26 - Tourism Whistler advises that the pace of bookings for the first week of March is significantly lower than the Olympic Games period. According to Tourism Whistler’s 120-Day Pace Report, occupancy levels are pacing around half of what they were during Games time, from Monday through Thursday. Occupancy then picks up leading into the weekend, pacing at approximately 65% of the levels during Games time.
- Tourism Whistler members have access to the two-week occupancy report on the Tourism Whistler member website. The two-week occupancy report is posted every Monday and details the daily pace of bookings for the coming two weeks.
- March 1 - 8 Whistler will host Winter Pride. Click here for details on how your business can prepare for Winter Pride.
- Starting March 1, 2010 Sea-to-Sky highway permits and night-time deliveries will no longer be in effect. Commercial Vehicle Decals will be reinstated. Note that permit and delivery arrangements for Creekside are currently being finalized by VANOC and will be communicated in future Biz Alerts. - Starting March 1, 2010 one hundred parking spaces in Creekside will reopen for public use from 5:00pm-12:00am daily. Click here for more information on parking.
- Starting March 1, 2010 BC Transit will resume regular routes and schedules (with the exception of the #10 Games Express which will remain in service until March 21, 2010) . Ensure you and your staff are up to date on the regular routes (including bus stops) and schedules. More...

February 12 There is no concession stand inside the Whistler Medals Plaza gates, except vending machines selling cold drinks. Spectators may bring commercially bottled water with an unbroken seal and sealed packaged snacks (i.e. granola bars, fruit bars, etc.). Surrounding merchants are encouraged to prepare accordingly. During the Torch Relay in Whistler an HBC trailer was selling 2010 merchandise. This was for the Torch Relay only and no other 'pop ups' selling 2010 merchandise on the stroll or plazas will be allowed during the Games. - Whistler Today Hotsheet (2 pages)
