March Chamber Luncheon

Date & Time:

Location: The Den at Nicklaus North

Format: Every month, Whistler Chamber members are invited to attend a lunchtime networking event to inform themselves on current issues. This month's luncheon is co-hosted by the Whistler Arts Council and will include the presentation of the Business & the Arts Award. Guest speaker is Michael Audain, Founder and Chairman of Polygon Homes Ltd. For details on the event click here.

Sponsorship:

$250+GST

-Your company logo will be displayed on luncheons ads, the Chamber website event page, and email broadcasts.

-A table at the luncheon for displaying materials, literature, products, etc.

-Acknowledgment from the podium as a luncheon sponsor and the opportunity to introduce yourself and your business during the lunch program (3 min).

-The opportunity to collect business cards from attendees through a special drawing of a product or service sponsored by your company.

-The opportunity to set some small article representing your company at each place setting.

Note: One luncheon ticket included with sponsorship, please RSVP for the luncheon.

Audience Profile: Luncheon attendance generally ranges from 80-100 Chamber members and their guests.

19th Annual Whistler Spirit Service Recognition Awards

Date & Time: Monday, March 30, 2009

Location: The Four Seasons Resort Whistler


Format: This event is designed to allow businesses to nominate one or more employees to be invited to an evening of celebration and recognition where they will receive a Service Recognition Award from the Chamber of Commerce
in recognition of their excellent customer service skills.

Cash Sponsorships:

Entertainment: $1500 to cover the costs of hiring entertainment
Decor: $1500 to cover the costs of decor items and labour

-You will be thanked verbally at the event

-Your company name or logo will appear on a rolling PowerPoint presentation projected onto TV and/or projector screens set up at the event.

-Your name or company logo will appear in a post event thank you ad in the Whistler Question newspaper.

-Your company name will be included on all event programs.

Donations:

Prizes: Donate a prize(s) towards our draw prize table

-Your company name or logo will appear in a post event thank you ad in the Whistler Question newspaper.

-Your company name will be included on all event programs.
