Service Strategy

The Whistler Service Strategy aims to make guest service one of Whistler's best assets. Under the umbrella of the Service Strategy the Chamber leads three initiatives that support the service process of learning, reviewing and rewarding.

Spirit Pass Program
The Spirit Pass Program is aimed at ensuring employees, managers and business owners understand the service philosophy and are committed to delivering exceptional guest service. Participation in the program is exclusive to Chamber members and both businesses and employees that participate in the program are eligible to receive a discounted Whistler Blackcomb ski/snowboard pass. Many employees seek employment in businesses that offer the perk of participating in the Spirit Pass Program.

ServeUs Challenge
The ServeUs Challenge is a customer service reviewing program that focuses on rewarding employees and recognizing businesses that deliver extraordinary service. The program runs semi-annually: June-August and December-February. Businesses that participate in the program receive weekly service reports and are eligible to win a host of employee prizes and promotion if they are a top guest service provider.

Service Recognition
The Service Recognition Awards Dinner provides businesses the opportunity to recognize and reward their employees that deliver outstanding customer service. At this red carpet event employees will enjoy dinner, entertainment and a special award that is sure to make them feel appreciated.
