The Whistler Service Strategy aims to make guest service one of Whistler's best assets. Under the umbrella of the Service Strategy the Chamber leads three initiatives that support the service process of learning, reviewing and rewarding.
Spirit Pass Program
The Spirit Pass Program is aimed at ensuring employees, managers and business owners understand the service philosophy and are committed to delivering exceptional guest service. Participation in the program is exclusive to Chamber members and both businesses and employees that participate in the program are eligible to receive a discounted Whistler Blackcomb ski/snowboard pass. Many employees seek employment in businesses that offer the perk of participating in the Spirit Pass Program.
