The summer ServeUs Challenge runs July 2 through September 30, 2013 and includes:

SECTOR-SPECIFIC FEEDBACK:

• Twelve shopper visits and twelve in-depth shopper ServeUs report packages with in-depth feedback specific to the following sectors: Accommodation, Activities & Services, Cafe & Grocery, Retail and Restaurant & Pub.
• Three total summary ServeUs reports. One at the end of each month.
• One final ServeUs report, including scores for each sector.

COMMUNITY RECOGNITION AND PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES:

• Monthly recognition for the winning businesses in each sector through a full-page colour ad in the Pique Newsmagazine, as well as in a flatsheet that is distributed to all hotel concierges, the Visitor Centre and Village Hosts and to the Chamber's 800 members. Winning businesses will also be promoted on the Chamber’s website and through the Chamber’s social media channels. 
• Certificates for the top sector winners each month and for the overall program sector winners.
• End of season recognition in a full-page colour ad in the Pique Newsmagazine for the overall winners in each sector, as well as promotion through the Chamber’s communication tools and flatsheet distribution to all the hotel concierges, the Visitor Centre and Village Hosts.
• High achievers in the program will be eligible to win the Service Award as part of the 2014 Whistler Excellence Awards.

STAFF INCENTIVES:

• Weekly opportunity for employees with perfect scores to win recognition in the Pique Newsmagazine as a Spirit of the Week Employee. 
  
• A Staff Celebration Party for the overall winning businesses in each sector at the end of the 3-months program.
