Good service is good business! The Mystery Shopper and 2010 Recognition Program takes the learning component of the Spirit Program full circle by reviewing and rewarding employees. Over 50 businesses are currently participating in the 2009/10 Mystery Shopper Program running December through to February. As participants businesses they will receive valuable feedback on their service via the real-time weekly shopper reports and monthly sector reports. This is a great tool for businesses to ensure that they are delivering outstanding service! Employees and businesses that excel in service will be recognized through the 2010 Recognition Program.
