Spirit Program FAQ Update – February 6, 2013

How do I qualify for the Spirit Program?

•   All Spirit participants will qualify for the Spirit Program by completing the Spirit Online Tutorial. 

I did not receive my Spirit Number at the end of the Online Tutorial. What should I do?

• After the participation survey, click next and watch 'One more minute to go...'. Then you will receive your Spirit Number. 

Where do I pay the $30 Spirit Admin Fee for the Spirit Program?

• Participants can pay by credit card online or pay cash/debit at the Whistler Chamber of Commerce office.  The Whistler Chamber will open at 9am on Monday, November 19, 2012. 

If I buy a full priced Whistler Blackcomb season pass but want to join the Spirit Program, can I be refunded the difference?

• Yes. Register for the Spirit Program online, and bring your Spirit Number to Whistler Blackcomb Guest Relations. You will be able to apply for a refund.
