Recognize your STAR employees by participating in the Spirit Story Campaign!

*Spirit Stories will be uploaded onto the Whistler Chamber of Commerce website by 5pm on Monday, April 2, 2012.

Are you a business owner, manager or supervisor with STAR employees who have reached above and beyond to provide extraordinary customer service during the 2011-12 winter season?

If so, we want to tell the world about them through the Spirit Story Campaign! Submit a Spirit Story that describes how your employee(s) have exceeded customer expectations, and they will be guaranteed public recognition as well as a prize during Employee Recognition Week, April 1-7, 2012!

How can you participate in the Spirit Story Campaign?

A business may recognize up to four employees by submitting a Spirit Story for each employee as follows:

• Describe in 100-200 words how the employee has exceeded customer expectations during the 2011-12 winter season.  Please ensure the piece is free of typos and grammatical errors so that we can publish it in its original form! To view a sample Spirit Story, click here.
  
• Submit your Spirit Story, along with a photo of the employee.
• For each employee recognized, donate a prize valued at minimum $25 towards a prize pool.  All employees recognized in a Spirit Story will receive a prize drawn from the prize pool.
  

Please note that the deadline for submitting Spirit Stories and prizes has been extended to Sunday, April 1, 2012. Prizes can be dropped off at the Chamber office between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

How will your employee be recognized?

Employees recognized by their employer in a Spirit Story will have their name published in a full page ad in the Whistler Question on Thursday, April 5, 2012.  They will also receive a congratulatory prize from the Chamber for their accomplishments!

Spirit Stories will be published on the Chamber’s website and promoted through Facebook and Twitter.
