 Welcome to the Spirit Toolbox!

At Spirit Afterhours, held in November 2011, the Whistler Chamber of Commerce engaged business owners, managers and supervisors on the topics of leadership, human resources and customer service.

The input collected at Spirit Afterhours is one element of the Spirit Toolbox, a series of 20 e-broadcasts that will be issued to business owners, managers and supervisors every Tuesday from December 2011 to April 2012. The e-broadcasts will contain information collected at Spirit Afterhours and be supplemented by insights gained from the Employee Satisfaction Survey issued by the Whistler Chamber of Commerce in March 2011, as well as by third party resources and tools that will enable owners, managers and supervisors to coach their employees to deliver positive guest experiences throughout the winter season.

We hope owners, managers and supervisors find the content of the Spirit Toolbox useful and that the suggestions, tips and techniques are incorporated into their daily routine.
