Kick off the winter season right with Spirit Afterhours, a NEW event taking place on Wednesday, November 16, 2011. Mix, mingle and learn at this vibrant apres-style event where 300-400 attendees will have the opportunity to hear and share ideas on how to make service delivery one of Whistler's key competitive advantages. *Please Note: Spirit Afterhours is one of two qualifying options for Level 3 Spirit Pass Program participants i.e. business owners, managers and supervisors. Those not seeking a 2011/12 Spirit Pass are also welcome to attend! Spirit Session for the Non-Hospitality Sector In addition to continuing to offer the Spirit Sessions to those who work in the hospitality sector, this season the WCC will offer a Spirit Session for Level 1 and Level 2 employees who work in the non-hospitality sector. Specifically designed for employees who work in construction and trades, IT, law, real estate, healthcare, education, financial and professional services, the Spirit Session will address the importance of guest service in those industries and how to deliver it. Those who work in the non-hospitality sector but in a front-line position e.g. bank tellers, may choose to join one of the Spirit Sessions designed for the hospitality sector.
PLEASE NOTE: The Spirit Session for the non-hospitality sector will run through to the end of December only, so those interested should sign up as soon as possible.
