Providing practical information on Generation Y, this workshop will cover: - Who are They? A detailed understanding of who they are and why this understanding is critical to a business’ bottom line.
- How to Hook ‘Em! Assists employers to evaluate and rethink perceptions of Generation Y and provides strategies and tactics to attract and recruit Gen Y employees to the workplace.
- Getting Buy In! Strategies to develop and retain Gen Y employees and review best practices other employers are using to promote buy-in and loyalty from their Gen Y employees.
