Dawn McCooey has worked in the adult training and development field for over 20 years. She completed a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and Training at Royal Roads University, and has worked with individuals, corporations and government in life skills coaching, program design, workshop facilitation and organizational development.
As owner of a career counselling firm for 18 years, which had up to 32 staff in 3 offices, Dawn was voted ‘Best Boss in Victoria’. She brings a dynamic, inclusive and engaging energy to everything she undertakes. Currently, Dawn provides contract business advisory, training and facilitation services for Women’s Enterprise Centre, and facilitation and team building workshops for clients such as Royal Roads University and the Department of National Defense.
