FoodSafe Level 1

fslogoThis 8 hour course is mandatory for all food handlers (cooks, servers and dishwashers). The course focuses on basic microbiology, food contamination, potentially hazardous foods, dish-washing and receiving/storing techniques.

Examinations available in Japanese, Chinese, Punjabi, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Spanish and French (please advise on language preference at registration.)


Time: 8:30am to 4:30pm
Location: Whistler Chamber of Commerce Gateway Room
$104 + GST
