This eight hour Fundamentals of Booking course, split over two days, is designed for those with little or no bookkeeping experience or as a refresher on the basics. Topics include:

• Balance sheets, income statements, financial statements and chart of accounts
• Accounts payable/receivable, payroll, inventory and banking with practice of common journal entries made in the course of a small business’ accounting cycle 
• Concepts and principles behind accounting that allow third parties such as banks and government regulators to understand financial statements

Dates: Tuesday, September 27 and Thursday, September 29, 2011
Time: 8:30am to 12:30pm (eight hour course split over two days)
