Whistler Spirit Program 2007/2008
Online registration begins October 5th
Please note: WB Guest Relations will be closed between Oct. 10 and Oct. 28. If you had a WB seasons pass last year, and you are paying for your own pass this year (i.e. your company is not paying for your pass) then once you have completed your online registration into the Spirit Program, you can simply renew your pass by phone with a credit card. Call 1-800-766-0449. Otherwise, passes can be purchased at Guest Relations after Oct. 28th.
Who is eligible to participate in the program? The Whistler Spirit Program is open to anyone who is working in Whistler, a minimum of 20 hrs. per week for the duration of the 2007/08 winter season, for a business who is a member of the Whistler Chamber of Commerce.
NEW THIS YEAR:
Whistler based members will be asked to provide a Whistler Business License Number.
Non-Whistler based members with employees working in Whistler will be able to submit a Spirit Request Form for each employee that wishes to participate. The request forms will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Spirit Program goals: To ensure that each and every Whistler employee, whether during work or leisure time, is consistently demonstrating resort awareness and guest service excellence, while reflecting a positive, enthusiastic attitude in any interaction with guests of the resort.
What is a “Spirit Pass”? A Spirit Pass is a ski pass offered at a discounted rate for Whistler employees who have committed themselves to learning about and delivering exceptional service.
How do I join the program? After October 5th, visit www.whistlerchamber.com and click on the Spirit Logo on the homepage to register.
How do I qualify?
I am new to the Spirit Program: Level 1
I have had a Spirit Pass before: Level 2
I am an owner/Manager or Supervisor: Manager’s Luncheon/Breakfast

What's new this year? Updated, entertaining and interactive Spirit workshops, offered at Millennium Place. New customer service film that will be shown at both Level 1 and Level 2 workshops. Owners/Managers can choose between a breakfast session or a lunch session. Increased recognition for employees delivering exceptional customer service.
Did you know?
The RMOW offers discounts on Meadow Park passes, Cross Country passes and Snowshoe passes, through the Spirit Program. This pass option can be in addition to your WB ski pass. Once your are registered into the Spirit Program, simply bring your confirmation over to the Meadow Park Sports Centre to pay.
