Required Skills:

•Must be a mature individual who is focused on customer service and is capable of working in a fast-paced, stressful environment
•Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and be a team player. A second language would be considered an asset.
•Must be able to work independently with little supervision
•Must be available to work any shift within the 7-day workweek as scheduled and as business volume dictates; split shift or shifts of less than eight (8) hours may be assigned
•Computer keyboard experience is required, familiarity with Micros Fidelio or a similar hotel computer program would be an asset
•Attention to detail with a commitment to Delta’s quality service in all products and operational areas

Duties:

•Answering telephones; Ensures accurate receipt and processing of customer reservations in accordance with Delta’s Key Standards
•Greets customers over the phone in a friendly and courteous manner
•Records reservation information accurately into Fidelio & WIN AI system
•Records and processes deposit information
•Records and identifies special billing instruction
•Liaise with other departments
•Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
•Other duties as outlined by the Revenue Manager
