Host Your Next Meeting in the Gateway Room!

Looking for a place to host your next meeting, training session, interview, small conference or job fair? Look no further! Renting the Gateway Room provides you with personalized key-pad access to a clean, private and versatile space at any time of the day, any day of the week!

Located in the heart of Whistler Village, the Gateway Room can accommodate up to 25 people and is accessible by wheelchair. Amenities include:

  • Complimentary access to wireless internet
  • Conference phone facility
  • 42'' Plasma TV with VCR/DVD
  • LCD projector and screen
  • Executive-style chairs
  • Ability to bring in your caterer of choice

Rental Packages
To assist you in hosting your event, the Whistler Chamber of Commerce is pleased to offer the following rental packages:

  • Basic Gateway Room Package
    With the Basic Gateway Room Package, you receive access to all the amenities of the Gateway Room including the option to rent the LCD Projector. Members receive a significant discount on Gateway Room rentals and pay $80 for a half day and $125 for a full day.   • Gateway Room Plus Package *New*
    This option is ideal for trainers, facilitators and event organizers looking to take their event to the next level! Starting at only $150, the Gateway Room Plus Package provides you with access to all the amenities of the boardroom at the above rates PLUS the following benefits:
  • A customized event webpage at www.whistlerchamber.com that describes your event 
  • Online event registration services
  • Promotion of your event through the weekly “Business This Week” e-broadcast, distributed to the Chamber’s 800+ membership
