The Whistler Experience® Secret Shopper Program
The Whistler Chamber’s Secret Shopper Program is back for SUMMER 2025! Set your business on the path to providing excellent service experiences by enrolling in our program.
New for summer 2025: Each Secret Shopper package now includes ten signups to our online/ on-demand “The ABC’s of Service Excellence ” training course. The scoring criteria for the shopper program is actually based on the content covered in this course which should give your staff the tools they need to achieve top marks all whilst striving to improve the level of customer service Whistler businesses can provide.
Businesses will enjoy comprehensive weekly reports that help them assess their team’s performance and there are some great opportunities for recognition! Top performers will be awarded staff prizes and will be featured on social and in local media, and the top-scoring business will be named a finalist for the Service Excellence Award at the 2025 Whistler Excellence Awards!
The summer 2025 Secret Shopper Program is open NOW and will run for eight weeks between July 7 and August 31. Register your business before the sign-up deadline of June 9!

Become a Secret Shopper
We are looking for shoppers to conduct secret shops as part of the Whistler Experience Secret Shopper program! The program will run twice annually in both summer and winter seasons.
